I’m a musculoskeletal physiotherapist based in Hyderabad, India, with over 10 years of experience helping people overcome pain and regain mobility through advanced manual therapy techniques, myofascial release, dry needling, and manipulation. My passion for physiotherapy stems from a deep interest in how the body moves and heals. This led me to pursue both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in physiotherapy, followed by advanced training in  Orthopaedic Manual Therapy from Australia. This specialised training allows me to treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions with precision and care. Over the years, I’ve seen many clients struggle with
musculoskeletal functional dysfunctions, often overlooked by traditional physiotherapy methods. These dysfunctions, if left untreated, can lead to chronic pain, joint degeneration, or future injuries. Witnessing the gaps in conventional treatment approaches motivated me to develop a more comprehensive care model. My approach goes beyond temporary relief— focusing on long-term recovery and the prevention of future issues.

Every client I work with receives a personalised care plan tailored to their unique needs. By combining advanced manual therapy with individualised exercise programs, I ensure that recovery is not only effective but lasting. This holistic approach has helped more than 930 clients regain their mobility, overcome pain, and lead more active, fulfilling lives. I am also committed to educating my clients and the broader community about musculoskeletal health.
