About My Practice

I am a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist specialising in long-term maintenance, recovery, and management of complex musculoskeletal dysfunctions. My work is assessment-driven, diagnosis-focused, and designed for individuals who require continuity of care rather than episodic pain relief.

I hold both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy and advanced training in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy from Australia. Since 2014, I have practised in Hyderabad, working with clients who value precision, consistency, and long-term physical resilience.

How I Work

My approach is based on advanced musculoskeletal assessment, clinical reasoning, and targeted manual therapy. Treatment is structured, personalised, and focused on resolving underlying dysfunctions, optimising recovery, and maintaining movement quality over time.

This is not protocol-based or symptom-driven care. Each plan is built around functional findings, movement demands, and long-term objectives.

Who This Work Is For

  • Individuals seeking ongoing maintenance and recovery support
  • Professionals under sustained physical or occupational load
  • Active individuals with recurrent injuries or incomplete recovery
  • Clients who value structured care, consistency, and accountability

Who This Work Is Not For

  • One-time or ad-hoc pain relief visits
  • Generic exercise prescriptions or quick fixes
  • Symptom-only treatment without assessment or follow-up
  • Clients unwilling to commit to a structured recovery or maintenance plan
If your priority is long-term musculoskeletal health, movement efficiency, and sustainable recovery, this model of physiotherapy is appropriate.
