IS THIS FOR YOU?

When back pain keeps getting in the way.

Care for adults in Hyderabad whose ongoing or returning low back pain affects work, movement, exercise or everyday life.

Pain that persists

Back pain has continued for months and you want a clearer understanding of your options.

Episodes that return

Symptoms settle, then return. You want practical support with activity, confidence and self-management.

Activities on hold

Sitting through work, lifting, walking or returning to exercise feels difficult or uncertain.

Suitability is determined through assessment. If your symptoms need medical evaluation or another service, we will discuss the appropriate next step.

UNDERSTANDING YOUR SYMPTOMS

A clearer picture. A practical next step.

Persistent pain and recurring episodes can affect much more than your back. They may change how you work, sleep, move and feel about exercise.

There is rarely one factor to address in isolation. Your symptoms, health, activity demands and goals all help shape an appropriate plan. Assessment is an opportunity to make sense of your experience and discuss what is useful for you.

You do not need a perfect posture or a promise of a quick fix. You need clear information, a manageable starting point and a plan that can adapt as you progress.

YOUR CLINICAL PATHWAY

Assess. Restore. Perform.

One connected approach, adapted to your needs. These are clinical pathways, not three compulsory packages.

01 · Spine Assess

Understand your symptoms, screen for concerns and establish a useful starting point. Agree on goals and a personalised rehabilitation plan.

02 · Spine Restore

Build a manageable routine with education, progressive exercise and activity. Manual therapy may support an active rehabilitation plan when appropriate.

03 · Spine Perform

Develop the capacity and confidence needed for the activities that matter to you, with strategies for continued self-management.

Your starting point, pace and progression depend on assessment, preferences and response to care.

A STRUCTURED APPROACH

Clear goals. Meaningful progress.

Understand

Discuss your symptoms, health, daily demands and what you want to return to. Ask questions and agree priorities together.

Measure

Use suitable questionnaires and physical or functional measures to establish a baseline. Measurement supports clinical reasoning; no single test explains every pain experience.

Review

Revisit symptoms, activity tolerance and agreed goals. Adapt your plan when progress or circumstances change.

Your first consultation

  1. Tell your story. Discuss the problem, your health, previous care and goals.
  2. Take part in an assessment. Agree appropriate examination and movement tasks, with explanations and consent.
  3. Discuss the findings. Understand what they mean, what remains uncertain and whether referral is needed.
  4. Agree the next step. Leave with a practical starting plan and clarity about any recommended follow-up.

Bring relevant medical reports if you have them and wear clothing suitable for comfortable movement. Appointment format and availability will be confirmed when arranging your consultation.
